Delivery & Return

We deliver orders to the following countries:

The shipping time is 5-14 days depending on the goods processing time and a country of delivery

The costs start from €5 (VAT incl.) and depend on your order total weight and the country of delivery.

Please be aware each order has a weight limitation:

Cyprus - 1 kg
Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands - 2 kg
Belgium, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain - 3 kg
Greece - 5 kg
Lithuania - 9 kg
All others - 10 kg

If the total weight of the items you select exceeds this limit, you will be asked to split your order into multiple smaller orders.

Return policy:

You can return any product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Only products in the original packaging, with all labels, are accepted for return. The product must not be in use. If you find a defect, we ask you to send photos.

In case of return of the product of proper quality, we will not compensate the cost of delivery of the order, as well as the costs of return shipment.

After we receive the returned product, if it meets the requirements specified above, we will refund its cost within one working day.
